Your hosts at Mountbatten Lodge – Reggie and Mandira Singh, and their two sons Nikhlendra (Nixu) (L seated) and Hemendra (R seated).

Both boys have grown up in the saddle and are now accomplished Polo players.  When their polo schedules allow Hemendra and Nixu share their love of riding with guests on Mountbatten Lodge leading horse treks and safaris.

If coming from Jodhpur:
Drive 9 km from the Ranakpur temples towards Saira/Udaipur, take a left on the new Kumbalgarh road (towards Village Kambha and Bhanpura). The Lodge is  500 yards on the left.

If coming from Udaipur:

After Saira, you drive for 11 km towards Ranakpur temples then take a right on the new Kumbalgarh road (towards Village Kambha and Bhanpura- the turn will be exactly 9 km before the Ranakpur temples). After taking a right we are 500 yards on the left. We are 2 km after Aranyawas Resort on the road going right.

If coming from Jaipur/ Ajmer:

Jaipur-Ajmer-Beawar-Bhim-Deogarh-GOMTI CHOWRAHA.
At Gomti Chowraha take a right and head through Village Charbhuja, then on to Kelwara-take hairpin bend turn right towards Kumbalgarh fort. From Kumbalgarh fort (at the Rana Pratap bust statue) T point turn left for Saira. 13 km short of Saira turn right at Village Bhanpura (just after the village ends). Go through village Kambha and then start descending into the valley Akathak (you can see us below). This is the new Kumbalgarh road that connects Ranakpur temples. There should be a jeep parked outside. We are 9 km short of the Ranakpur temples. In case you cross either the Elephant bridge or Aranyawas you have left us 2 km behind.

Network in the area is unreliable so please have your driver call our Jodhpur office on 09928009602/8/1 before you start your journey.

Dear Friends

We are open for business as usual and I look forward to welcoming you to our jungle paradise during this Monsoon season! After a good rain, our waterfall comes to life and the stream running through the property starts to flow. It is a beautiful and peaceful time to experience The Mountbatten Lodge.

Naturally, we have implemented new H&S best practices and operational protocols guaranteed to provide you with maximum confidence and comfort. Your health and safety is a responsibility my team and I take very seriously.

Our four large villas are set amongst lush gardens and ancient banyan trees teeming with birdlife.  The property is ideal for a group or family buyout, giving you private access to the entire property and added peace of mind.

I hope to see you soon.

Reggie Singh.
